If you have other behavioral health insurance coverage, mental health counseling services often qualify for reimbursement at an out-of-network or non-participating provider rate. Redwood Counseling can provide a 'Superbill' receipt that can be used to file for reimbursement. Please have your Insurance Policy Card or other specific benefits plan information available when you contact Redwood Counseling to schedule your first appointment so we may better assist you in determining available treatment payment options.

Career counseling services are offered as individual counseling at self-pay rates since they are not typically covered through behavioral health insurance:

  • Counseling session (50 minutes): $100.00
  • Counseling session (90 minutes): $120.00

Career and personality assessments are offered as part of career counseling depending on treatment goals and objectives and are billed at a per assessment rate which is specified prior to assessment administration.
